HDC is pleased to share our 2023 Annual Report. The latest Annual Report showcases some of the recent projects that have benefited from HDC financing, as well as a feature story on the founding of HDC’s Open Resolution in commemoration of its 30th anniversary. In collaboration with our dedicated staff and partners, HDC is proud to report on the progress we have made to delivering more affordable housing for New Yorkers in need, while also continuing to ensure critical building improvements and guaranteed affordability to our city’s public housing residents.
