Susannah Lipsyte
Executive Vice President & General Counsel
Susannah Lipsyte, an attorney and member of the New York State Bar, was appointed Executive Vice President of the Corporation on October 5, 2021. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Lipsyte served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel since September 2019. Ms. Lipsyte began her career with the Corporation as an Assistant General Counsel in 2006. She became an Associate General Counsel in 2009, and Deputy General Counsel and Secretary in 2015. Before joining the Corporation, Ms. Lipsyte was a public finance associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. Ms. Lipsyte received her B.A. from Yale University and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
